Successful orders will be processed within 5 business days of your order being placed.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
France (Metropolitan)
- Pickup point (Colissimo): €7 (free for orders over €300), 3-5 business days.
- Home delivery (Colissimo, no signature): €10 (free for orders over €300), 2-3 business days.
- Home delivery (Chronopost, with signature): €15 (free for orders over €300), next-day delivery (excluding weekends and holidays).
International
- Europe : Standard Delivery (Chronopost, with signature): €20 (free for orders over €400), 4-8 business days.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us via the contact form to initiate a return within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Once your return request has been accepted, you will be instructed on how to send your return via email.

Refunds will be processed within 2 - 3 business days of delivery, please allow an additional 1 - 2 business days during busier seasons and holiday periods.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email support@akvoshop.com with your order number and include photos and any details of the issues with your order.
Items must be returned to our warehouse in France and need to comply with the following conditions:
- You have successfully requested a return through support@akvoshop.com
- All footwear must be unworn, in its original condition with tags and free of any marks.
- Original packaging must be returned, including the shoe fillers, shoe sheath and dust bags.
AKVO reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet or follow our return policy.
AKVO does not provide return shipping labels, the cost of the return shipment is to be paid by the customer.
We recommend using a postal service of your choosing to facilitate your return. It is recommended to use a service that provides tracking, to ensure your return arrives safely at our warehouse.
AKVO is not liable for any lost international returns.
AKVO does not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order with your preferred size or style.
Your sandals may feel snug at first—this is intentional. The natural woven yarn will gently stretch and mold to your foot, like breaking in leather or denim, for a personalized fit.
